1 Intrduction
We’re using Sharepoit 2010 Foundation for internal use only (intranet). This solution sould be easy to implement.
2 Current process
The employees can order a meal at the kitchen with a paper form. Therefore she/he can fill out a form, do the payment in the restaurant, which is then forwarding the paper to the kitchen.
2.2 Current problems
The Menu is changing from time to time. Due to the fact that many printouts of the order form are laying around, it is not possible to present new highlights of the day, which then can be ordered. Futher on, from time to time oder forms get lost.
3 New process to be realized
3.1 Registration
Each employee can register on a separate site (OrderMeal). Folling field must be available:
 Familiy Name (Name)*
 Surname (Vorname)*
 Employee number (Mitarbeiter Nummer)*
 Department (Abteilung)*
 Phone Number Department (Telefonnummer)*
 Phone Number Handy (Handynummer)*
 Private eEmail (Private eMail)*
 Password (Passwort)*
 Retype Password (Passwort erneut eingeben)*

3.3 Confirmation of registration
An eMail should be sent to the eMail adress after registration, which should be confimred.
3.2 Password reset
A password reset oder resend should be available, which sends an eMail to the registered eMail adress.
3.3 Master Data
The registered Person should be able to change Matser data after login in.
3.4 Oder Process
Login on OrderMeal plattform to select menu or single components, driks etc.
Date: select Date in calendar
Location: Fill in Location
Logistics: selection pick up oder bring in (example, easy to change within a table)
Menue (example, easy to change within a table)

After selecting a confirmation button, an eMail sould be sent the registered eMail adress and the kitchen. If its possible to send an SMS would be great.
3.5 History
A Order history on the registred user should be availabe.
3.6 Report
A report should be available for sending via eMail (excel format) to the controlling department, which charges the oders. A selection should be availabe (from to date).
3.7 Admin
The Administration should be able to change data in the order and master data.
