SEO Project for Legal Website

I need SEO, promotion and increased traffic for a law firm's website about personal injury law. (Auto accidents, workers compensation, etc.) The site is built with Joomla 1.0. I am looking for someone who knows genuine SEO techniques and does not use any black hat methods... This can turn in to an ongoing agreement. I will only accept bids from people with proven experience and results. - Link building, directory submission, article submission, etc. - Get top 10 rankings (Google, Yahoo, etc.) for site keywords (Wichita car wreck lawyer, Wichita lawyers, Wichita law) - Keywords are fairly competitive with a couple other local law firms Traffic: - drive targeted traffic to site by submitting to search engines, directories, classifieds, article websites, etc- - Build permanent links - You should post and submit articles/posts/links in the right categories to drive traffic. - Looking for sustainable traffic of a few hundred per day that remains long after the project is finished. - No paid traffic - Traffic must be targeted/interested/real - US visitors - No spam, bots, robots, link farms, exchanges - Only white hat methods Please explain your plan and process and detail of price.
