One Way Incoming links

We need a total of 1000 incoming links build per month on 2 websites : 700 for adult website (sex toys) 300 for archery website This is ongoing project over the next 6 months PR of page with the link (not the home page): PR0 : 35% PR1 : 30% PR2 : 20% PR3 : 10% PR4 : 5% Linking page must be in same industry as linked site (adult or archery / sport) Links must be different C class IP. Not more than 100 links per linking page. Permanent links No link farms ! Manual links anchor text for all links Should use a mix of : directories websites blogs articles websites social bookmarking We need 4 excel reports per month (once a week), with links, linking page PR, linking page number of links, category (article, dir, social), email, status (accepted, rejected etc.....) Ready to start the project ASAP !
