Brand new site needs offsite SEO

Hello, I have a brand new website [login to view URL] which I want to get top rankings for the following key phrases in the major search engines: 1. No Credit Check Homes 2. Owner Financed 3. For Sale By Owner I want to be very careful with this site and want only white hat natural organic results as well as all off site SEO to appear natural and organic. (Not over done) I am especially interested in having text links to my site from high ranking Real Estate websites. I am willing to pay for the text links but I do not want any of them to appear as advertisements to any of the search engines. Please send me a PM with what your plan is to get my site where I want it to be and if I believe your plan is the best one for what I am trying to accomplish I will select you and pay you to implement them. You must have provable experience in SEO preferably on GAF and elsewhere. I understand it may take time to get the rankings up but I also understand I cannot do too much SEO at once or too fast to the site as it is new. Please review my site then contact me with your plan to help me get the rankings where they need to be. Use organic and natural methods only. I believe text links on real estate related websites as well as articles etc would be a good start. Just not too many of them to start with.
