Ongoing SEM/SEO - Possible VA

Looking for a person or company to work approx. 30 hours a week to do SEO. Lets say Monday through Thursday. We are looking for an SEM/SEO expert. There is no training or trials offered here. A portfolio or list of references is required. The work will be almost 100% off site optimization. Though we are open to onsite suggestions. This is for many different sites on an ongoing basis. The sites you will work on range from not found to page one sites. We will start out with one or two sites and slowly start mixing in more. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THE PRICE IS FOR 4 DAYS A WEEK OF SERVICE - NOT PER SITE. Paul or Angelas type packets, free directory submissions etc. will not be enough. I am looking for a well rounded, proven plan. This must include: CLEAN HIGH PR LINKS - This means limited outbound links, PR 5 and higher, do follow, only the PR of the page that the link appears on matters GOV and EDU links - same requirements as above THIS IS A MUST!!! If you can not obtain these types of quality links on a weekly basis please do not apply. You must be able to read write and speak english well. You should also be available for at least 4 hours via Skype or google chat between 10AM and 10PM Mountain Standard Time. If we cant communicate we can't do business. The pay is US $50 per week, paid weekly. This project is for 1 month at this time. If we find the right person we may consider continuing.
