Game related pr-links

Hi! im looking for 10 links to my game related site. i want pr 6+ links here are some requirements for them: 1. Links must be from game related sites. 2. no more than 15 outgoing links on each web page (where link is placed) 3. Links should contain the target keyword/keyphrase as a text hyperlink 4. Links should contain the target keyword/keyphrase as a title tag on the text hyperlink 5. Links should be followed by a short description of the target website also containing related keywords. 6. Some Links should be spread out to point to relevant pages of the website, not just the home page 7. Staggered deployment of the links to avoid any penalties 8. only One way links 9. Links should not be from framed pages 10. Links not be through a javascript 11. Links not be through a redirect script 12. Links should not be from bad neighbourhoods (porn or other offensive websites) 13. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages 14. Links should not include a rel=nofollow tag 15. Links should not be on a links page excluded by a robots tag 16. All links need to be in place for a minimum of 12 months 17. All links should be free and not paid 18. All Links should not be on a site penalized or banned by Google if you seriously can do this, reply A.S.A.P. you should also at least have 5 ratings for this project. My budget is around $100 for this project. I wont rate your effort until at least 4 months has passed.
