I am looking for around 100,000 facebook fans for my news-related fan page. Facebook fan requirements: 1) fans must be real people (no fake accounts) 2) fans should be from the US. 3) fans should have regular or semi-regular status updates, i.e. not more than 2 weeks old. I will pay after fans remain active for 30 days. Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced. No black hat methods for inviting fans, i.e. facebook account must not be banned/suspended, or warnings received from facebook as a result of your actions. I would also like to know your plan.
