Partner and founder of small expanding international law firm located in Boca Raton Florida with international location in the Caribbean We are seeking a 30 day trial and then to expand to permanent position for right person. Routine regulatory filings with state agencies (most notably filings and amendments with the Secretaries of State of Nevada and FLorida (approximately 80-90% of filings) and national regulatory bodies (usually Pink Sheets, NASDAQ, FINRA (likewise 80-90% of filings) 2. Preparation (for my review) and dissemination to the appropriate recipients of routine opinion letters (usually the transfer agent of the client corporation (with copy to the client corporation). 3. Various Research matters (usually with respect to filing procedures with state agencies and the types of corporate and securities transactions permitted in such states). 4. Creating and maintaining a user friendly and easily accessible data base for general forms of documents routinely used in my practice (e.g. forms of opinion letters, escrow agreements, engagement letters, letters of intent, simple merger documents, etc...) 4. (and perhaps most important) preparing, maintaining and updating on a daily basis an easily accessible and user-friendly online list clients with the specific issues being worked on, the deadline, if any, for completion and an indication of progress to date and additional matters being worked.
