Sales Development Representative for a project

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our internal startup team in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients in the staffing industry. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets and work closely with the founders to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue. Jooble’s Product — a worldwide employment website that is the second most visited employment service in the world and is among the 500 top visited websites globally, according to SimilarWeb. Requirements: - Fluent in Polish and English or Ukrainian. - Experience selling to staffing agencies. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market trends. Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients in the staffing industry. - Meet and exceed sales targets. - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue. - Work closely with the founders to develop and implement sales strategies. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes.
