Find web leads for my business and make 20% of my final profit

I am looking for someone who wants to work directly with me and help me get leads for my small web business. I do everything from Wordpress and small business website maintenance to virtual support for businesses. (Social media, transcription, online account organization, etc.) I am looking for 1-2 leads a week that will most likely convert to clients. If you can find me converting leads, I can give you 20% of final payment for work that they have done at my business. Example: You find me a lead that has $1,000 worth of work done. Upon completion of work, they pay me and you automatically receive $200.00 of that pay without having to do anything else. The key is getting me leads that convert. If the leads don't convert, we both lose. This is a tremendous income earning opportunity. If you're good at selling and converting, we can work together and make lots of money. This will be on-going for months and even years. You find the clients, I'll do the work, and I'll pay you a 20% finder's fee upon final account payment from the lead/client. (This percent is negotiable and can possible go up if we can find enough work. I am willing to go higher if it gets to that point where work is pouring in.) Everything will be tracked on an Excel sheet. Contract will be signed on both sides so all is fair. Please note: No payment will be given until the work is completed and our client pays in full. I have been in business for over 10 years and I am trustworthy and looking for another Professional who wants to grow with me.
