We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at iService on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by setting appointments to promote our software solutions designed to enhance customer support and engagement (see [login to view URL]). Key Responsibilities: We will train you on the iService product, so you have a good understanding of the problems we solve. You will use a web-based telephone dialer to make phone calls to prospective B2B customers and set appointments for a sales manager. You will help build our sales pipeline and will document the disposition of your calls and write call notes as needed. You will utilize the iService CRM system and other sales automation tools to track interactions and report on sales activities. Requirements: - Proven experience in appointment setting and business development, preferably in the software or technology sector. - Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work during normal US business hours (Central Time Zone) from a home office. - A well-equipped home office setup, including a reliable internet connection, headset, and computer. - Proficient in using various software tools for sales automation and customer relationship management. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently.
