Move Ruby site to another server.

Our existing website, developed in the Ruby language, must be moved to a different server. The website runs fine on the old server but there is other software that will require the services provided by the new server. Your job is to move the site's files and the database to the new server, configure them correctly, and leave the site running on the new server as well as (or better than) it did on the old server. You will need to be able to look at the configuration files and know which files and databases will need to be moved. We will provide all necessary access to the hosting and administrator accounts. Also, we would like to find someone with proven expertise in Ruby so that ongoing maintenance on the site could be performed later. We would like to have this move completed within a couple of days.
