I'm looking for software to run a service and repair company. The software could be used by any service and repair company that accepts a customer's property for service or repair and documents/records the required service or repair with data entry and marked photos of the product. Here's an example: Customer brings a unit that needs repaired to Repair Company. Repair Company takes a photo of unit. Repair Company creates a repair order. Repair order includes details of required repairs. Repair Company imports photo of unit to repair. Repair Company marks the photo where the required repairs must be made. Repair Company submits the completed repair order and marked photo which is entered into the software database. A repair document is printed including a barcode which is attached to the unit to be repaired. I'm sure this type of software must exist for many industries with many more features than I've required. I'd like someone to research and provide a list of software with names and pricing that can accomplish this.
