I am seeking a seasoned Tech Recruiter based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate should possess:

- Strong familiarity with a wide range of tech skills. This may include programming languages, database management, networking, and infrastructure. Although I did not specify which ones, you should have comprehensive experience sourcing for such positions.

- Over 5 years of experience in technical recruiting. I value individuals who are well-versed in the technological industry, capable of identifying highly-skilled talent, and have a strong track record of successful placements.

- Expertise in job portals for vacancy advertisements. You will need to post job advertisements, so experience with portals is required.
