Assignment in Business Information Systems

Hello, I need an SLA, and an OLA done, i have a task to do and im struggling, this is a university assignment for final year, I will NOT disclose my uni or any details on it, I will just give you the work to do, it is based on my group coursework which is a task already done, the hand in for this is the 26th of March, I will need it done and have a word count of 2100 words +- 10% to abide to. It is based on a company called tradeteam LTD, which is a logistics delivery company, who delivery alcohol to companys in the UK like whetherspoons etc. I need an OLA and SLA written out to a good level, I want to do this on a BASED ON GRADE LEVEL AND PAY, I would like to PAY AFTER I RECIEVE MY GRADE as otherwise its not very fair is it, I will be willing to pay more depending on the grade and WILL PAY NOTHING if i fail. I believe this is fair, usually it takes about 20-25 days to mark the work and get a feedback so 20-25 days from the 16th i will be more than happy to pay. Please only somebody who will get me a good grade do this, thanks. I will send all stuff thats deemed neccesary, I am a very big member on most forums and am currently opening my own business so have fallen behind. Thanks alot!
