I feel this project is a perfect fit for me as I am extremely comfortable using multiple 2D and 3D modeling programs including AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion as well as rendering engines and video animation software to be able too provide a perfect final result. I also have experience with 3D printing so know the limitations / requirements when modelling for them. I am currently an Architectural Technologist student in ON, Canada. The black and white sketch style you are after is easily achievable using a combination of 3D modelling and Lumion rendering. Color, and water color also available among other options.
