3d Rendering photoshop interior design

The project requires the freelancer to take existing pictures of interior (or exterior) spaces which I will provide and photoshop out anything that makes the picture unattractive and sometimes insert into the picture different interior design items that will make a picture more attractive. For instance, the picture will be of a dining room, and the freelancer must insert into the picture attractive furniture like couches, fireplace, attractive moldings - this requires a creative mind and some interior design acumen. I would rather not have to specify what items to photoshop into the picture. I would like the freelancer to come up with interior design options him/her self and photoshop realistic looking images into the space. I have uploaded 2 images of spaces that are just examples of what a photoshop /3d professional created and then what the project finally looks like. The picture attached with the finished product is also an example of a picture where the junk garbage on the floor would have to be photoshopped out. This project would be 5 pictures which I would want enhanced / changed. Thank you
