Position: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (In-house Remote)
Location: Hyderabad, India (Remote)
Type: Full Time / Contract (Ongoing)
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)
Rate: $1/hr to $3/hr
Responsibilities:
• Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
• Self-screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
• Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
• Suggesting innovative ways to market and place candidates.
• Provide daily status updates by COB.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and terminologies.
• Good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
Must have Qualifications:
• Well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp-2-Corp (C2C), 1099, etc.
• Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, H4, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.
• Should possess a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, Client Hiring manager contacts.
• Strong experience in Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good team player and result driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Develop new client accounts (direct/preferred vendors) for IT staffing business in USA.
• Should be able to get H1-B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals.
• Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.
• Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1-B, TN visa holders and EADs.
• Posting advertisements in University sites and various job portals.
• Explaining and Negotiation about compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.
