The system will provide students with the ability to view their individual attendance records. The Teacher will be able to enter and modify student attendance for their groups. The Chair will be able to view the attendance records for all students in the department. Parents will be able to view the records of their student children. The System Administrator will be able to create course-group attendance tables and also create, grant and revoke user privileges. The data tables will be kept on the disk, DES encrypted for security. The System Administrator will generate and periodically update the encryption and decryption keys. This system is perfect for schools, universities, and other educational institutions that need to track student attendance. We believe this will be a great asset to your institution and will help streamline and improve the attendance tracking process.
