If you don't have experience with SaaS please don't answer. LEAD Software Consultants 2000 developed an application to draw an html flowchart out of a COBOL program source and want to market it under the brand InsurCOBOL (website: [login to view URL]) We are asking for a proposal in order to build a SaaS shell to market the application. In a few words the shell would consist in a screen where the interested part would drop its program source, the recording of the source in a cloud data base with some details about the party, the processing of the flow application and the presentation of the html file (or files) of the flow . The flow application was developed in PYTHON. The application is constantly being developed with new features being introduced all the time. The proposal must contain: 1. Details on the experience with SaaS. 2. Proposed Solution Description including platforms, software languages being involved and proposed data bases. 3. The proposal must be made for the development of the first shell and its on-going development afterwards.
