I am looking for someone to write PostgreSQL statements that I can use to replace a Jupyter notebook (attached to this project). The Jupyter notebook uses pandas groupby commands to manipulate a python dataframe to get a desired result. I have now uploaded the data to postgres and would like to perform the same series of tasks on the database server. I have attached both the Jupyter notebook and CSV data that is being manipulated by pandas. ** please note, the actual data I have uploaded to postgres is much much larger than the sample CSV we are manipulating in the Jupyter notebook. This is why I would like the processing to now take place on the postgres database server as opposed to my local PC. Preferably, and if possible, I am hoping to have this accomplished with only a couple of postgres queries max. Doing so in a single postgres query would be best, but I am unsure if that is feasible.
