OpenERP - sms and email notification

The system will : 1) It will trigger to email when user sign-up as new member. (We have a new table member in postgresql) 2) YOu need to include smtpclient and smsclient module in a module. When someone click Reply, it will pop up a small window (like the smsclient in openerp) and let user to enter some texts. 3) After that, you wil need to sent the information via SMS and email a) for email, there will be a template b) for sms, there will be an integration using URL (Please see attached document for integration format) 4) When user change password, the fields will be change. We need to have a trigger to delete the users and sent them a email and ask them to re-register.
