Automated tweeting based on events on FlashScore.com

I'm looking for someone who can create a program for me that imports live football data from [login to view URL] (10 defined leagues), and can tweet it automatically (24/7, not just when the laptop happens to be on). 3 events need to be tweeted (and all three can be obtained from [login to view URL]): - When a goal is scored - When a goal is corrected (canceled) - When the game is over In the two attached photos you will find examples of what the tweets should look like. In 'example' there is a goal tweet. In 'example2' there is a correction tweet and full-time tweet. What I already have: - A folder with team-specific photos, which is added in the tweet if a team scores (such as that of Man City in the example) - An Excel file containing: 1. For each team the team name to be shown in the tweet (eg 'Manchester City' and 'Leicester City' in the example) 2. One or more hashtags for each team to be shown in the tweet (eg #ManCity and #MCFC for Manchester City in the example) 3. For each team the three-letter code, which is stuck together from both teams in a hashtag (MCI for Man City, LEI for Leicester -> #MCILEI in the example) 4. For each team the filename of the team-specific photo file in the folder - An approved developer Twitter account (if you want, you can use this to test whether your program works properly) All necessary information about goals, corrections and final results can be obtained via FlashScore.com. All data about which names, hashtags and (for goals) photo should appear in the tweet can be obtained via my Excel file and the photo folder. So the puzzle pieces are already there, but I am looking for someone who can glue the puzzle together so that the correct tweets are posted automatically. Please also indicate with a proposal how quickly (after appearing on FlashScore) you expect the tweet to be posted.
