anti network interceptor python script

Looking for a developer who will develop a python script that will detect if a network interceptor or network sniff such as wireshark, charles, httpdebugger, fiddler etc. is active and monitoring the network. I would need the python script to be using asyncio and i would like the script to be a real time checker so that whenever a script is running it will check throughout without interrupting the execution of the main script. Basically the flow will be: 1. Main python script will include the anti network interceptor(sniffer or proxy program) 2. Whenever the Main script is running the anti network interceptor will run continuously and check for programs that is monitoring the network. 3. If the anti network interceptor detects that such program is running. It will instantly quit the Main python script. 4. Unless there is no more network interceptor or proxy sniffing tool is opened or running. Then the Main python script will never run because of the anti network interceptor doing its job on preventing the programs to get information. Please DM me.
