Update Python script which scrapes data from website and produces XML-styled text files

A few years ago, I had a script created that scrapes data from an external website and produces a series of structured text files. About a month ago, the script stopped working. I assume this is becasue the source website has changed the HTML output/structure rendering the reguar expression defunct. Your task is to fix this issue. I am looking for a very quick resolution; ideally you will be able to complete this before the end of today (Wednesday 6th March), or early tomorrow. Please include the password "carrot" in your bid. Proposals lacking the password will be ignored. I am most likely to accept a propsoal from a coder who has analysed the problem and shows clear confidence that they're able to resolve the problem.
