Actionscript Development & Design

Looking for on-site Actionscript Developers for a short-term employment contract. ## Deliverables We're a young company building pioneering products and amazing user experiences, all from a killer location. So, if you love to work hard and then play hard on the slopes, show us what you've got. We have immediate multiple short-term projects (with employment potential) and are looking for stellar Flash and mobile developers & designers to join our team. These are contract projects, preferably on-site (though we're mildly open to remote work if you knock our socks off). We don't require a pedigree, don't care if you're 19, and aren't all that interested in an impressive resume. We know what really matters, and we're looking for someone to create with us... not just wait to see the spec and burn the clock 'coding'. You need a portfolio of insanely good commercial quality work that's super tight. For developers, you should be multi-disciplined and have a passion for design & animation, and if you're a designer, you should have a great appreciation for clean and efficient code. We structure our teams so that engineering and creative can challenge and inspire each other. You'll be involved from the ground up, and will play a major role in deciding scope. We'll be adding to the team, as needed, but you should be ready to take the lead. We're not in the Bay Area for a reason, and we're looking for great people who are interested in growing with us.
