We require a website with functionality similar to YouTube. It has to be coded in PHP from scratch and no 3rd party scripts/ extensions to be used. You will have to certify that the work is original and you will transfer all rights to the code to us on completion and not use the code for own use/ sale subsequently. You MUST provide examples of past experience with similar projects in the past. Please provide a complete list of functionality/ features/ components you will offer and timelines. There will be a penalty clause for missed deadlines. Bids without the following will be rejected outright: 1. Detailed list of functionality. Feel free to add functionality over and above what YouTube/ Xtube offer. 2. Timelines and milestones 3. Past relevant experience (PHP/ streaming media) 4. Client list Please do not be limited to bid based on budget range/ time limit mentioned. Feel free to bid lower or higher in your bid supporting documentation.
