X-Cart shopping cart software: XCART - Create a Mailchimp Newsletter subscription Pop up with a coupon code generator by integrating existing modules. There are two existing modules, ‘Coupons’ and ‘Mailchimp management’ Coupons Manual coupons can currently be created within the xcart software Mailchimp management There is currently a Mailchimp signup to newsletter checkbox with an existing link via API to Mailchimp. When the customer lands on a page we want a pop up to appear which offers a discount on the first order if they sign up for the newsletter. Once the customer signs up and confirms the subscription with the confirmation email from mailchimp then a discount code will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer. I must be able to toggle switch this on and off and to change the discount amount from the admin end. This must work on both the desktop and mobile sites (skins).
