Write a woocommerce plugin that intigrates with woocommerce

I would like someone to write a Wordpress Plugin that intigrates with Woocommerce. It would allow the user from within the Wordress Admin Panel to add multiple quantity choice variations to a woocommerce product( from within the product page) I want the full rights to this for several reasons. I do not want to pay for this, then have someone selling it behind my back. This would allow me to for example create a product called t shirt. Then I could create different sizes like small, medium, large and extra large. When the shopper goes to the product page where I have set the product, they could request for example 10 small, 12 medium 24 large and 2 extra large on the same product page then click submit to cart button and these different quantities would appear in the cart for that particular item. This is to make it easier for shoppers to add all the different quantities of one item at one time instead of selcting one size type quantity submit, then select second size it's quantity then submit and so on. I am trying to make it easier for customer to select multiple choices of quantities andsizes then add their quantities per size all at one time then one time add to cart. I hope this makes sense. I also want to be sure this plugin is tested and works before I pay. So, I would give a site access if need be to show it working. This plugin should be set as a wordpress woocommerce plugin, so it is easy to upload as zip and activate, like normal plugins do. Thank you!
