Write software in Visual Studio

Software package to read 4-20mA strainguage readings and 4-20mA pressure sensors to convert to a weight in tonnes. Ability to show individual sensor loads and a total aggregate payload. Needs to have a zero function button and a calibration function. Calibration function needs to be a log in setup. Output of weights need to be logged in SQL database on local machine and sync to server when communications is available. The software also needs to be able to be setup as a master or slave option. A master unit will be running an WAP with individual SSID to its own machine. A slave unit will search for available SSID's and the operator needs to be able to select the SSID they want to work with (Touch screen). The two systems will then pair over the WiFi and they will be able to see each others loads. The displayed weights need to be colour coded Green is less than Maximum weight, orange is within 5% of maximum weight and Red for over weight. System needs to have operator logon and logoff function to work. So it will need to be able to reference or have its own SQL database for operators names and numbers. Admin login needs to be able to configure SSID, IP address, Unit name, Unit type, Calibration function to be able to adjust scale readings to match a known weight, configure as master or slave, configure warning weights.
