I am looking for a WORDPRESS Speed Optimization Expert, who is actually doing optimization manually. No Plugins like nitropack should be used. The person is expected to do the optimization manual as possible. I guess the theme makes the issue which effects the performance score, but if the person can work on code based optimization, it would be great. The speed optimization should be done to a whole website, not to a single page only!!! Budget: 50 USD, not more than that! As I said I need a dev that understands the theme code and can optimise it. A plugin will not fix this problem. Apply with your previous sample Page Speed scores from previous works.
