wordpress plugin to embed youtube videos with custom player

I want you to design a wordpress plugin which can embedded youtube videos but the user wont be able to download you tube videos using downloader and also the user wont be able to see the video source link in source code .......the player can look similar to youtube or vimeo but there should not be any title of youtube video and link that takes user on youtube page .......and i have mentioned my budget already so please do not ask more money .........its 10-18 $ thats it
