Wordpress Developer Professional Wanted

I need some customizing for a wordpress site. I will need the customizations to work with other plugins but not be affected by the other plugin's updates. The most detailed portions of the project will include: Each time a user (Contest host) creates an account I want their profile page to reflect the following: -all normal User Data -a form with 5 Standard questions asking for an answer from visitors. This should only be visible if the user is logged in with Facebook or is registered as a user. (Already implemented) -This form will evaluate the answers and add them to this users database of answers that are categorically stored. Contest host should also be able to indicate which of the 5 questions is most important. Which will become the winning variable and all others will be the secondary, tie-breaking variables. -These questions will contain time and measurement variables. When the answer is given by the contest host. The system should use this data and automatically determine who the winner is. Upon signing up the contest host should be taken to a list of their Facebook friends. Checking the friends they wish to invite to participate should indicate who a custom message will be sent to. This message should be editable by each Contest host. --They should also be able to skip this. -Next step will ask them which of the 4 or 5 questions (input by admin) they would prefer the contest be based upon. For example if the question that is primary is "how many homeruns will be hit on opening day for the red sox" after opening day the contest host provides the answer and the system will determine who wins by getting closest to that number. Secondary questions would determine a tie-breaker if there are more than one of the same winning answer. - each entry pay a set amount. This set amount is provided by the contest host. -Contest host determines if the winner gets the whole pot or a percentage of the pot with the remaining going to a third party which should be another option within contest host sign-up. - When people enter the contest they can choose to hid their answers or have them displayed. -All entrants will be displayed with profile photo and those who opted to share their answer will have those answers displayed with their name. Those who opted to keep their entries secret will have a "Top Secret" blackout next to their name and avatar. These avatars should be pulled from FB using the provided plugin. (No extra coding required) I am already using a Facebook integration plugin. I have a plugin that makes Profiles attractive.
