wordpress database: convert CPT into posts

Hi, I'm using a plugin (Wp Geo Directory) that user custom post types to manage listings (restaurants), and every listing has some related fields (city, type of listing, like bar, pub, etc.). I need to convert them into (simply) post (and after do it, I will disable the plugin WpGeo Directory) I found plugins that manage this (example: Post Type Switcher), but it not fully perform: if I switch listing to post (This plugin only changes the ‘post_type’ property of a post) , I keep correctly title, description, featured image, tags, comments, but I lost "listing category" (ex: bar, pub or pizza, etc.) and "listing city". So, I think need to run more complex sql query, in order to keep related fields, with the following rules: 1) cpt Listing --> convert into Post (like the above plugin, changes the ‘post_type’ property ) 2) city of the cpt Listing --> convert into Tag of the above post 3) category of the cpt Listing --> convert into Tag of the above post Example: Listing "Hotel Hilton - New York", with city New York, and category "hotel, apartment" will become Post "Hotel Hilton - New York", with tags "New York", "Hotel", "Apartment" (and keep featured image, description, author, etc, but those fields are safe by just changing post_type property) Feel free to ask further details before to bid.
