Website upgrade in PROCESSWIRE (add a reservation module)

However, other technologies could be used if it will be necessary; IMPLEMENTATION: Check availability - For each hotel that can accept places, it will be loaded in the backoffice a stock of availability in a given period of time (start date and end date). If there are no dates indicated, reservations will always be valid. Reservation form – To make a reservation at the hotel, the user will have to fill the following data: Name; Email; Origin country; Check in date; Check out date. Reservation – When the user makes the booking, a reservation is created that will remain with “Pending” status until payment is done. Reservation email – When reservation is made, an email will be trigger to the hotel and to the website owner with with all booking data and indication that payment is pending (waiting for payment). On the other side, the user will receive an email with payment data and with instruction to finalize the booking. Booking confirmation – After website owner confirms the booking payment, it will have to go manually change into the backoffice from “Pending” to “Paid”. Once a booking is paid, this will trigger an email to the hotel with booking confirmation and trigger also an email for the customer confirming that his reservation is made and valid. Stock update – After the payment of the reservation, the reservations stock for that hotel will be reduced. Depleted reservations – For the hotels that booking is possible, if the reservations reaches to zero, it will be displayed as “Depleted” in the reservations area. This satus could not be shown for specific hotels. Circuits Changes - Placing a field that allows changing the text of the conditions next to the form.
