Weatrher API

This Api is to be able to provide drivers with accurate weather information (Windguru) of how the weather will be from the moment they leave to the place they arrive (destination) as sometimes they are very long trips, surely during the course of the journey the weather can change/ vary. The idea is that the driver can have accurate weather information for all intermediate places / routes until he reaches his destination. Sometimes the weather can vary on your journey and the idea is that you are not surprised by a storm / wind or any meteorological episode that may interrupt your journey. For example, in the face of a heavy rain / mist you would have to be forced to stop have an accident. He must be informed in advance of everything related to the weather Develops an Appi with the following requirements: - To develop an API where after receiving two localities, one initial ( starting point) and one final ( where he has to arrive) , calculate the route through the intermediate localities and pass the weather, not only from the initial and final locality, the intermediate too. - Add a complete map - The language has to be in Spanish for Argentine and Portuguese for Brazil. Truck drivers don’t know English. This are the two countries that are going to use this API, for this the language. This api is for use for android device. It will be ad to another platform- Weather 1-Storm/ Rain 2- Wind: East - West - North or south- 3- Fog or Mist 4- Hails 5- Temperature. The idea is to update weather according the time (hour), so that the drivers have the time when weather can change. - According the weather of the last two days, suggest / inform driver what rout would be better for him for circulating. For example: if it rained a lot, and he needs to circulate for a dirt route where surely the rout is flooded. Surely the driver can go for another rout better for circulating. And I need to add an obfuscator to avoid copying the api code, just for security and confidentiality
