Wanted Adobe Postscript Expert

Hello, We are looking to hire someone who is very well versed in Postscript to do the following 1. Create postscript files that will help render a pdf or image exactly matching certain pdf files we have that are created using PCL from a structural perspective. Basically we need postscript equivalents of PCL. 2. The input to the postscript file will be the following a. Header information that will repeat on each page. b. CSV file with data that needs to be displayed in a tabular format. Table will have column headers and table can span multiple pages. Table Headers need to repeat on each page. How the data is read from the CSV is not important, how the data is applied in the postscript file is. c. Data points for ECG and other waveforms that need to be displayed as a plot on a graph. d. Footer information that will repeat on each page. 3. The postscript file needs to be very efficient and scalable. We expect that loops, procedures and other reusable constructs will be used. We also expect relative positions to be used instead of fixed positions. 4. Create a design document in simple language that will explain the approach, various constructs used, constraints and known issues if any. 5. Conduct testing using multiple scenarios. 6. Fix defects found during user testing. Please note that the PDFs we will provide are only examples and not the final products. We have an existing postscript file that was created using a PCL to postscript conversion tool however it doesn't look like the way we would like it to and neither is very efficient, but will give a great start.
