I myself am not a programmer that has simply read the Vicidial manual. I have over 13 years in call center management and over 7 years and thousands of hours installing and configuring Vicidial on single server and multi-server systems. As Vicidial is packed with options on configuring custom fields and call routing ,it can often be confusing to even the most experienced programmers new to the software. In addition, the programmer may have little or no call center experience, thus lacking the ability to provide out of the box solutions as it applies to your business. Therefore it is common for these programmers to use a method that was found online, or in a manual.
My value is that I Vicidial is my expertise, and I understand the software in its entirety, all versions. I can help your organization find the most practical and efficient solutions for your agents and callers in the least amount of time, or on the fly.
