Upgrade Joomla Site from 2.5 to 3.4.0

Hello, I am a Joomla developer and interested to upgrade your website. Generally 2.5 to Joomla3 is easy only the things is templates and extensions. If the extensions has it Joomla3 version than no problem, if not then we have to use alternative extension. For the template , we can buy the same template for Joomla3, if not available then we have to build the template. I am a Joomla Developer since 4 years and I am working full time for an Australian based IT company. I can do the upgrade when we done the upgrade we have do the template design according to the new joomla version (3.3). I have a suggestion we can build the full site with latest joomla version this will be really good for you because some plugins will not support to joomla 3.3 and we have to spend more time to fix and do the QA task. And joomla 3.3 is more secure than other joomla version. If you really want to upgrade it we can do that also too..
