Ultimate online live stream tv and webcam for android with php web platform

Hi, I decide to publish again my job because i think i was not enough clear and precise on what i need. So to make sure this time i will have real qualified offer i will explain more: I have buy a Android code to create an App for tv live stream player. Its already included the android source code for the basic function and also a PHP admin side to manage channel but i want to add some other feature to it.. so this is what this job is about. But i cant create APK from it into eclipse because there is some error in the code and i dont know how to fix it. So i want someone that will be able to fix the error and export APK. I need 3 version... One lite with Admob activated, Second Pro without Admob, And another Premium also without admob. Each should have a separate logo icon, VIDEO ANIMATION INTRODUCTION, server url for database and APK to publish 3 different app on the play store. Also, since the app use Mysql for the database and also the admin panel is on a server php side. I want to make a User side to be able to watch all the stream online via web browser on the website. Using HTML5 player so even mobile web browser will be compatible. I also need that member or user can login or create account manually with email and username... or with Facebook. Also i want that member can suggest or report Live Stream on the website and in the android app. Also member should be able to create there own favorite list for quick access... this function is already there in the android app but must be save with the member account and not only on the phone. So like this a member who check tv on a web browser will be able to get the same Favorite list that he have on the android version. Also the actual code that i got for the android live tv is compatible for now with : Supports 720p/1080p HD mp4,mkv,m4v,mov,flv,avi,rmvb,rm,ts,tp and many other video formats Almost all popular streaming protocols are supported, including HLS , MMS, RTSP, RTMP, and HTTP. But i want to add more compatibility.. so a way that i or member also can add ustream, twitch, [login to view URL], and also flash live stream. I will need the source code modified for the 3 app after the jobs done. Also when Windows 10 will be launch i want to add another job here to create an app that use the same database. (not for now but could be nice to work with the same person for this job) Please make sure that you understand every request before bid on the job. I will wait until the end of the bidding time before take a decision. So please dont ask me to give you the job immediatly. I really want the best coder for this app... so i will take my time to make a decision.
