Troubleshoot Payment Processing Plugin Error with WooCommerce

Hello, We are getting an error when trying to process a payment with our Payeezy payment gateway plugin (Bank of America). Our platform is WordPress/WooCommerce. I don't know what the actual error is, but my initial gut feeling was having to do with a plugin conflict, but I don't really know that. I did try updating a few plugins a few days ago, and that seems to be around the time that our order conversions dropped. We do have daily backups, and I did try regressing our site to dates where we were not having any issues, and that did not work. I have since deactivated the plugin on our site. I am hoping that we can have someone uninstall the plugin, and then re-install it, instead of doing some crazy investigation into the code. I do believe that this approach may be the best and most cost effective, before doing some in-depth, deep analysis. So, this project is for an estimate to uninstall and re-install our payment gateway plugin, and if that doesn't work, begin troubleshooting from there.
