my site search bar doesn't work

Hi I use PrestaShop™ 1.4.7.3, my search bar is not working now, I went to prestashop backend and reset it it make worse so I disable it , there are 2 search box 1 at the top of the homepage and another one is on the left when you go to products page. small job if anyone can fix it fast please apply. money will pay after job done only. [login to view URL] go to website , go to product page on the left type in anything to search then click next webpage will not change, please download the attachment to see how was before.
