Simple script to sort Trading Pairs by spread in %

Hello, I need a script that will query bittrex API endpoint /public/getmarketsummaries and log results in SQL. Script will be called by cron every 5s. I then need a separate script that will check the database and calculate the spread (difference between highest and lowest 'last' price) of all BTC trading pairs, sort them and output to console. Please let me know how long this will take you and your price. Thanks.
