Produce a short, 23-second movie intro with Blender software

I seek someone who can produce a short film using Blender software. The film should include a 2-second introduction of falling letters to the ground. The letters should then start slowdancing for about 10 seconds forming two words. The two words should then stand up. The whole thing is the intro to a longer movie. There should be music in the back which I have already selected.
