phpbb query database script

Hi, I need a custom script that will be used with phpbb. I am not even sure if this is possible but what I need is a script that will query my database and return results on a template that are similar . Go to [login to view URL] I want it so that when you click on that little icon besides "location" it returns tracks that are at the same location. On the results page I want it to display name, location, grade, map, distance/time/highestpoint/transport (these 4 are on the same field) all these are on the same table, grade (different table) and I want the track name linked to the article. Also it will need to be search engine friendly, so mod_rewrite can be used.
