1 php script update for php 5.6 and php 7

need someone to update my php script. This script was made to look in mysql table all row inside "link_rewrite" and shuffle word between tag - to delete all duplicate URL. The script insert sometime 1 word or 1 number into the link_rewrite when all word are taken. example: link_rewrite #1: /10-ballon/ link_rewrite #2 /ballon-10/ all posibility are taken then add 1 letter or 1 number to get something like / 10-ballons/ s are added into link_rewrite. only add 1 letter or number ONLY when all possibility are taken. I add my old php page to update it.
