PHP Job to solve for our Wordpress Project - Bugfixes and small extension

We have a automatic email notification (by ron) with two processes „New“ and „Update“. There are two issues (you have to fixed them): I guess the old coder mistaken a point at “update"-process” and put it into “new entry"- process. We need for both processes different notification emails. You could copy paste the existing code and add a new flag in database for “update"-notification”. For “New”-process is a existing flag in database. The update-process-notification works perfect when admin does changes direct in backend but when (as the normal case) a user made a update request over website, it dosn't. I guess it’s a role / handover issue. You need some time to understand the code and logic behind. 2. We need a search for admin in backend for our entrys (pageing is already working) Search for Entry No., Company Name, Date, City must be possible over whole database. You should separate the “backend” from file, now its containing front and backend functions. 3. Fix 3 tiny bugs in our update-form. Two fields are not showing the saved data (from database) in dropdown and one field dont save at all. My cat is white (I will ask you)... 4. Add two text-infos into our popup. When a entry will be updated by user, the new entry will be online and the old entry will be saved (retain) in database. Keep created by “original-user" and "date” and write next to it "last updated" "by user" und "date". 5. Add 4 Messageboxes depending on role to our menu (same style as the existing ones). Avoid any javascript issues. 6. Add to “NEW” and “Update” E-Mail notification a unicode sign into the header. Make sure it works fine. You get detailed process-overview and instructions. You get paid when done and all solved. You may need 6-7 hours to solve all 6 points. Our budget for this will be 100$. Need to be done in one week.
