Pass a jQuery Variable to PHP

Here is what I need exactly: 1) Please go to the website [login to view URL] You will see a simple table that is created by "ninja-tables". a plugin the client uses.. 2) If you press any of the red buttons, you will see a popup that shows a Contact Form 7 form. You will find the value of the left field in that form. ( (in the image that explains the task, I use HLS to show it) This - so far - I could do with some jQuery. Now my task: The information should not only be displayed in the form, it also has to be sent by the email that Contact Form 7 creates. Here I am stuck. The information is stored in the jQuery variable and I cannot bring that variable to the Contact Form 7 Mail. I suppose it will be done with AJAX somehow. I offer that as a job on freelancer. If you think you can do it, I will create a testcase for you on another server. so you will not work on the live site. If the job is very fast to do, please consider something like a miimume-time you will charge. e. g. one hour or two hours. Even if you can do it within 5 minutes cause your jquery is perfect. OK?
