This Web based project management systems are designed to manage and store project information, Donor, Receive Funds, Staff Information, Staff Attendance, Payroll, and Expense. Form1: Donor This form will store donor information such as (Name, Country, Description, and Date) Form2: Project Information This will store project information such as (Project Name, Project No, Start Date, End Date, No of Staff, Location, Donor, and Budget). Features: -it must not save exiting project -every project must has reports such summary project report that shows a list of all staff with their payroll and attendance info. -every project must has a process like (ongoing ,finished). Form3: Staff Information This will store staff information such as (Name, Staff No, Salary, Hire Date, Staff Type, Project No, Date). And also stores staff Document Such as (staff document, job application, cover latter, educational achievement, staff achievements) Features: -Staff Information can be imported/export from Excel -any staff can be worked with multiple projects -Staff report with ongoing projects or finished projects -time sheet (attendance) daily, monthly and yearly and also can be imported/export from excel -holiday and sick and leave for the staff Form4: Staff Payroll This payroll is designed to organize all the tasks of employee payment and the filing of employee taxes. These tasks can include keeping track monthly, quarter and yearly. It will store such as (Staff Name, Account Transfer, BVN, Description, Account Name, Project Name, and Date) Features: -Automatic Payroll for the staff either monthly, quarter or yearly. -payroll invoice -payroll connected to specific project -report all staff paid salary -staff payroll can be imported/export from excel Form5: Expense This will store expense such as (Expense Desc, Amount, Project Name, Type, and Date) Form5: Receive Fund Project This will store information such as (Project Name, Reference No, Amount, Bank Account, Description, and Date) Reports -Summary Projects -Projects with staff sort by location, donor -Payroll Report each project -attendance report -project income report (receive funds-expense-salary payroll) -File & Email Management -Chat System
