Need quick changes on header in wordpress

Our website is [login to view URL] We need following changes to header: DESKTOP 1) We need the elements in header spread out evenly. 2) We need checkout icon swapped with search bar so checkout icon and count is on far right 3) When user is not signed in we need it to say "Log In | Sign Up" where "log in" is the link to logging screen, and "sign up" is the link to sign up screen 4) When user is signed in it should replace "Log In | Sign Up" with "Hi [Customer Name] | My Account" where the profile icon should be next to "My Account" and on hover it displays a sub menu listing: "My Orders" and "Logout" MOBILE Also we need the mobile view header to look exactly like attached image.
